Gordon worked for Unilever in brand marketing before joining an innovation consultancy where he established their first oversea office in Sydney. He founded The Darwinian Edge in 2009 and loves his job, spending time with his family and pretty much every sport.
Norma McComb
Norma worked for APV before transferring to a career in marketing and innovation with United Biscuits and Unilever. This was followed by 10 years at What If Innovation as a partner in the Organisational Culture practice. She combines her thriving leadership coaching practice with delivering high impact transformation projects as part of The Darwinian Edge. She is mum to 3 boys and a 'Tough Mudder'.
